Use of our Services does not create a provider-patient relationship.

4. Appointments, Cancellations, and Payments
Booking
Appointments must be scheduled in advance and may require a deposit. Patients requiring a deposit will be notified at the time of scheduling.
Cancellations
We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a charge equal to 100% of the scheduled service fee.
Payments
We accept major credit cards and other Company-approved payment methods.
All payments are final and non-refundable except when services cannot be rendered due to the Company's inability to perform the scheduled service.
5. Privacy and Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and comply with applicable federal and state privacy laws, including HIPAA where applicable.
Information submitted through our website may be used to respond to inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide services.
